Kate Greene is a seasoned professional with several years of experience in the legal field, specializing in real estate transactions for residential, commercial, and mobile homes. As an active REALTOR in the community, she has a strong understanding of contracts and the importance of deadlines and communication.  Holding a Master of Legal Studies with a focus on real estate from Texas A&M University School of Law, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her comprehensive understanding of legal intricacies ensures that clients receive informed guidance and support throughout the closing process.

Fee is charged by tax collector to ensure payment of property taxes.

Wire Fee

Charge is based on number of wires initiated.

Notary Fee

Courier Fee

Overnight of payoff to lender, if applicable. Charge based on recipient's location.

Buyer Fees

Settlement Fee

One-time settlement fee per transaction to ensure smooth transfer of title.

Transfer Fee

PROCESSING Fee

Our services extend across a wide range of counties in Pennsylvania, including Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Mifflin, Northumberland, Perry, Schuylkill, Snyder, Union, and York. We are committed to providing exceptional coverage and may also accommodate requests for additional counties not listed, subject to an additional fee. For inquiries regarding service availability in your area, please contact us directly.

An authorized notary public employed by a full agent is able to complete titling and registration applications online with the Department of Transportation.  At Absolute Mobile Home Closings, all of our closing agents are authorized notary publics and are able to provide title and registration services.  

Please email a copy of the fully signed Standard Agreement for the Sale of a Manufactured Home on Leased Land and a copy of the current title to orders@absolutemh.com.
